Our Mission / Vision

Prodigy Oil and Gas, LLC is an independent energy company engaged in the onshore exploration, development, generation and operation of oil and gas properties with a geographic focus in Texas and Louisiana. The company’s mission is to explore and produce oil and gas reserves to the benefit of Prodigy and its partners. Prodigy does this through a closely aligned symbiotic relationship with its companies in the oil field services and financial services sectors.

Prodigy’s management has implemented a business strategy that emphasizes acquisitions of both exploratory prospects and long-lived, proved reserves that possess added exploitation and development opportunities and exploratory prospects by utilizing in-field drilling and Enhanced Oilfield Recovery (EOR) technology to enhance and extend primary recovery methods. The Company’s strategy also stresses choosing projects where they can generally control the operations of the properties.

Prodigy focuses on developing reserves that could be enhanced with a “hands on” approach to all operations of the business including field operations, production, accounting, and marketing/sales.

The majority of Prodigy’s key officers are actively involved in the day to day operations of the Company and are knowledgeable in all facets of the business. This expertise allows the Company to be able to understand, operate and consult with all oil and gas disciplines, including Land and Minerals rights, Geology, and Engineering.

Prodigy created its partner firm, Rock Solid Operating, to operate its future wells. Since the ownership and guidance of both companies resides with the partners of Prodigy/Rock Solid, the day-to-day operations of all of the fields, projects and other activities are managed and guided by some of the same personnel. The Company benefits by its ability to oversee, direct and guide the execution of all projects it currently has and will have enhanced control in all of efforts performed by Rock Solid Operating. The benefit of this type of “hands on” approach is the ability to manage all facets of ongoing projects while still focusing on the larger aspects of running the projects to the benefit of Prodigy and its investors.
